Lordosis

L  O  R  D  O  S  I  S

Lordosis is the posterior inward tilt of the pelvis. This is seen often in overhead movements such as push press where the lower back will curve inward and pelvis tilts forward and down. The area of the kinetic chain that is impacted by this postural deviation is the thoracic spine.
